Jason Baruch is organizing a program for the Entertainment Sports & Arts Law (EASL) section of the New York State Bar Association on acquiring underlying rights and negotiating author agreements for commercial theater productions on Thursday, November 20, 2025 at the American Arbitration Association. Joining him on the panel are Jason Cooper (CAA Business Affairs), Liz Ulmer (Sony Publishing), and Mark Kaufman (Warner Bros Theatrical Group).
